Born from burnout. Built with intention.

Aura & Match began in one of life’s harder chapters — burnout from work, the upheaval of moving home, and the daily challenges of living with ADHD. In the middle of all that noise, there was one constant: a candle.

Lighting a candle became a ritual. Watching the flame, breathing in the scent — it was grounding in a way that was hard to explain but impossible to ignore. It made a new house feel like home. It made a difficult day feel manageable.

From hobby to obsession (the ADHD helped).

What started as curiosity quickly became a deep dive. Research led to testing, testing led to learning, and learning led to a realisation: most candles on the market fall short. Fragrances that fade too fast. Burns that don’t last. We knew we could do better.

So we set out to create candles that were genuinely different — hand-poured, long-lasting, with a scent throw that fills a room and stays. After extensive testing, we launched our first collection. It almost sold out immediately.

We live near the beach, and that connection to the coast runs through everything we make. Our Ocean Breeze collection is personal — it’s the scent of home, of open air, of calm. Every fragrance we create carries that same intention: to help you feel something real.

Today, Aura & Match is a growing collection of hand-crafted candles and home fragrances, each one made with the same care and quality that started this journey. We’re just getting started — and we’re glad you’re here.
